Step 1: We get readonly access to your bank/credit card accounts/payroll

You continue to provide excellent patient experience, paying your bills and employees. We enter the activity in our software to track your financial activity. We record it consistent with other dental practices to ensure they are comparable.

Step 2: Your Input

We typically are aware of most vendors. However, sometimes we need your assistance. We reach out to you via phone/email/text each month to get clarifications on some transactions.

Step 3: Financial Package

We upload the financial reports (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, general ledger) to our secure client portal for you to access.

Access to Your CPA

Your tax accountant can have access to your monthly reports. (If you have a different tax service provider.)

Taxes can be a large part of cash outflow for dental practice owners. We highly recommend tax planning and at least one tax projection each year. This can help you avert nasty tax surprises and save on taxes.

We can porvide access to the client portal to the tax CPA of your choice. This enables them to have the monthly reports and information that they need to provide timely tax advice.
